Nadia has over 16 years of business and financial experience, of which 13 years was spent at LRMG. She is passionate about empowering and growing people and thus her role as a Trustee of the LRMG Black Employee Share Incentive Trust, as well as her ability to engage with people at all levels has afforded her this opportunity. Leading an all-woman Finance team, she feels strongly about Women Empowerment and the ability for women to make a difference in shaping society. Nadia is a director of multiple Pula subsidiaries and the chairperson of Can!Do Consulting (Pty) Ltd. She enjoys the diversity of her role and that she is able to be part of a bigger purpose to positively shape the future of people and organisations across Africa.
